Boost Your Immune System

At Bee Cave Acupuncture and Nutrition, our top priority is the health, safety and well-being of our patients and our community.   


I would like to give you three simple tips you can do at home to boost your immune system to keep you and your family healthy:


  • Exercise Everyday! Exercising at least 15 minutes a day, not only moves blood circulation but also your lymphatic system, which is a key organ of the immune system.

  • Ginger Thyme Lemonade. Boil a piece of ginger for 15’, turn off the stove and add 3 stems of thyme, the juice of 3 lemons and sweeten with honey. Great combination to fight viruses and strengthen your immune system.

 

  • Take Vitamin D and Zinc.  This pair will hep you nourish your immune system and make you more resilient and strong to fight any infection.
